Our Care Solutions is a licensed adult family home caring for no more than six residents, so your loved one gets personal attention, a familiar routine, and a warm place to belong.
Large facilities can feel busy and impersonal. In an adult family home, your loved one lives in a residential house with a small group of neighbors and caregivers who come to know them well: their routines, their favorite foods, and what helps on a hard day.
Our Care Solutions is licensed by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services to provide 24-hour care, with specialty designations in dementia care and mental health care.
Every resident's plan is different. Here's what we help with.
Someone is always here, day and night, for safety, comfort, and help whenever it's needed.
Calm routines, gentle redirection, and a secure, familiar environment for residents living with memory loss.
Patient, consistent support for residents with mental health needs, in a stable and respectful home.
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and moving safely around the home.
Medication reminders and assistance, plus coordination with doctors and pharmacies.
Home-cooked meals that respect dietary needs, along with laundry and a clean, comfortable home.
Bright, open rooms, a full kitchen, and bathrooms set up for safety, with grab bars, roll-in showers, and shower chairs.

An adult family home is a licensed residential home in a regular neighborhood that provides room, meals, personal care, and supervision to a small number of adults. In Washington, adult family homes care for no more than six residents.
The biggest difference is size. With six residents or fewer, care is more personal, the setting is quieter, and caregivers get to know each resident closely, all in a real house rather than a facility.
